Tento pl\u00e1n predstavuje z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00fd r\u00e1mec opatren\u00ed a ukazovate\u013eov na obdobie 2025\u20132027 a je verejne dostupn\u00fd na webovej str\u00e1nke spolo\u010dnosti v sekcii \u201eO n\u00e1s \u2192 Dokumenty\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Rozsah a \u00fa\u010del<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento GEP sa vz\u0165ahuje na v\u0161etky osoby pracuj\u00face pre VIZOFTX s. r. o. (zamestnanci, spolo\u010dn\u00edci, do\u010dasn\u00ed spolupracovn\u00edci, extern\u00ed dod\u00e1vatelia pri pr\u00e1ci pre VIZOFTX). Cie\u013eom je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>zabezpe\u010di\u0165 minim\u00e1lne procesn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky pod\u013ea r\u00e1mca Horizont Eur\u00f3pa,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zavies\u0165 konkr\u00e9tne opatrenia v piatich odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00fdch oblastiach,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>definova\u0165 merate\u013en\u00e9 ciele, zodpovednosti a sp\u00f4sob monitoringu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. V\u00fdchodisk\u00e1 a defin\u00edcie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rodov\u00e1 rovnos\u0165 (gender equality):<\/strong> rovnak\u00e9 pr\u00e1va, pr\u00edle\u017eitosti a zaobch\u00e1dzanie bez oh\u013eadu na pohlavie alebo rodov\u00fa identitu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gender mainstreaming:<\/strong> za\u010dle\u0148ovanie rodovej perspekt\u00edvy do v\u0161etk\u00fdch polit\u00edk, procesov a rozhodnut\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>N\u00e1silie zalo\u017een\u00e9 na rode (GBV), vr\u00e1tane sexu\u00e1lneho ob\u0165a\u017eovania:<\/strong> ak\u00e9ko\u013evek spr\u00e1vanie, ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1 sexu\u00e1lny alebo rodovo motivovan\u00fd charakter, je ne\u017eiaduce a sp\u00f4sobuje zastra\u0161enie, pon\u00ed\u017eenie alebo vytv\u00e1ra nepriate\u013esk\u00e9 prostredie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
